Still making the RangeRunner our own. Flipped the axle and added a 2″ receiver on front for bikes, spare tire, etc. Also added diamond plate all around and mounts on the 4 corners for removeable jacks. I’m trying to make it more stable for when I flop around at night.

Nice work. I’m curious about adding better jacks. Does this require welding? My dog thinks we’re in an earth quake every time I toss and turn.

@tiny-om Yeah, it does.  We have a local trailer manufacturer and they were able to do the diamond plate, axle flip, and jack mounts.  Like you mentioned, the whole trailer shakes every time I flop around at night.  It wakes up my wife — hopefully this will help. Here is a better picture of the mount/jacks.  It has four removable jacks, but only two are in the picture.

For some reason the photo never showed up? The photo initially said, ‘awaiting moderation’ but several hours later the photo disappeared from the post. This time I added via, ‘My Media’ but again it says ‘awaiting moderation’. Odd.

@dave

For some reason your IP was flagged and you’re posts were held for moderation, which needed admin approval. I did clear it, which is why the image was held. This is a security measure for any uploads onto the server, Al because that is how most hacks and malware occur. I’m not sure why your IP was flagged though.
