First long trip with the Rouser and we are very happy with our purchase.  Left central Florida northbound headed for Northern Virginia to spend holidays with family.  First overnight Cracker Barrel.  Had to use the gennie and electric heater.  Temps dropped to low 40’s in the night.  Cold for our Floridian thinned blood.  We use a 500 watt electric heater and have been very pleased with its performance.  2nd night was a KOA in Charlotte NC.  This KOA made for a nice overnight.  Walking distance to grocery store and shopping.  Night 3–4 Mayberry Campground , Mt Airy NC.  Very nice campground, clean restrooms and beautiful mountain views.  We toured the Andy Griffith Museum.  Nights 5–6 Natural Bridge KOA.  We really enjoyed this campground.  Toured a nearby animal safari drive and petting zoo and the Natural Bridge State Park.  Great stop.  7 nights at the Bull Run Regional County Park.  Our home base while we visited with family.  Fourth time at this park and a local favorite.  Blue Bells are in bloom.  Needed to hurry home for doctor appointments and a grooming appt for our puppy.  2000 miles later we are home.
