Pros:

queen width bed, built in shower (exceeded our expectations), sink and base cabinet with grey water storage, 500 watt electric heater, factory a/c, and windows and door w/screen.  Also really like the 12v/110 v compressor fridge and 300 watt rockpals generator.

Cons  or future mods.:

need to add struts to the hinged  bed platform to allow for easy access , had to add a door stop to the rv door to keep it in an open position. Need to add an additional cabinet to contain a future microwave and storage drawers.  Want to come up with a better exterior kitchen.  Removable custom sized carpet to allow for easier floor cleaning.  Purchase a 9x9 Clam shelter.  Had a 6x6 Clam for ten years and just wore it out.
